Justin Patti
Justin was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and has always been passionate about the outdoors. Justin grew up hunting, fishing, and racing motocross and has since become a highly respected, successful Tournament Angler. Justin has also been a Phoenix Fire Fighter for the past 9 years. You won't find a harder working, more dedicated angler than Justin and we are proud to have part of the Arizona Custom Baits Pro Staff. Justin has the desire to win and promote the sport.
Justin has won 18 Bass Tournaments since 2010 fishing National Bass West, American Bass, US Anglers Choice, Ultimate Bass, Total Bass Addicts, Wild West Bass and TBF. His titles include: 2017 US Open Champion, 5X Angler of the Year, 3X IAFF Gary Pykare Champion, a record Saguaro Lake bag of 31.54lbs, 2 top 10 Lucas Oil open finishes and 2 Top 11 Wild West Bass Pro finishes.

Jon (Scooter) Griffith
A rare native Arizonian, Scooter, owner of the Arizona Fishing Guides has grown up with a fishing rod in his hand. Since 2005, Scooter has guided an average of over 200 days every year. One of the most requested guides in the state, Scooter carries a passion for the sport of bass fishing that is contagious. Known for his fun loving demeanor, clients always walk off Scooter's boat with a smile on their face, a load of new fishing knowledge, and some exciting new fishing stories.
If you haven’t seen him on the water you may have seen him on Fishing with Johnny Johnson as he has been on the show multiple times.

Davis Hart
Davis, born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, grew up fishing all the desert bass lakes. He fished his first tournament at the age of 8, from then on he was hooked on the competitive side of fishing. When he is not tournament fishing you will find him guiding with The Arizona Fishing Guides. With a strong passion for this sport, Davis patiently shares his knowledge with each aspiring and up coming angler.
He holds multiple Big Fish Awards and in 2013, Davis won the Legend Cup Pro/Am at Lake Pleasant.
Joe Dwyer
Joe Dwyer has been fishing ever since he could hold a pole. At 18 years of age Joe has tons of experience on Bass lakes all around the country and has racked up several wins and multiple top 10 finishes in Arizona. His favorite technique is sight fishing, but when it's not the spring Joe can be found throwing Swimbaits, flipping, and dropshotting for huge bass. His favorite Arizona Custom Baits products are creature baits, ringed Swimbaits, and straight tail worms.
